MANUFACTURED FOR ORIGINAL ATTIC STAIRS BY OMAN

The Wood Fire EI 45 Polar is a folding timber ladder with a certified 45-minute, fire rated hatch. We stock this product in order to better the specifications of the regularly requested 30-minute units, while keeping the cost under the price of the 60-minute attic stairs. This Polar version is class 4 airtight and has a U-Value of 0.43 W/m2*K

This product should be considered for installation by carpenters, but if you are an advanced DIYer you should be capable of installing it. Please be aware that when purchasing this product, it is your responsibility to ensure it is suitable for installation and that you will need your own tools, materials and fixings.

Returns will not be accepted where the product packaging has been opened and/or tampered with.
