The Side Attic Access Hatch is a premanufactured door for gaining access through a wall in to the attic of a dormer house. The trapdoor is insulated and draft sealed.

This product should be considered for installation by carpenters, but if you are an advanced DIYer you should be capable of installing it. Please be aware that when purchasing this product, it is your responsibility to ensure it is suitable for installation and that you will need your own tools, materials and fixings.

Returns will not be accepted where the product packaging has been opened and/or tampered with.
