Our "Deluxe Fire 60" attic stairs has a certified 60 minute fire rated hatch. This ladder has been supplied and fitted by us, in countless schools, hospitals and commercial buildings throughout Ireland.

The hatch is tested and certified to be fully fire resistant for 60 minutes. Both the door and ladder are spring loaded allowing the trapdoor to be opened and the ladder to be opened out with ease by pulling them down using the supplied pole. The ladder section is the same scissor style design as our "Deluxe" attic stairs. Like all of our ladders this is a premium product which is designed and built to the highest standard.

Our Ultra High 4 Part attic stairs is the same as the Ultra High 3 Part attic stairs, except for the fact that the ladder section folds in 4 parts, instead of 3. The advantage of this is that you can reach similar ceiling heights, without needing as large an opening. A kind of space saver version.

Both the door and four part folding ladder are spring loaded, meaning you do not have to take any weight while opening the hatch or pulling down the ladder, this is very useful particularly for very high ceilings where you are not able to reach the ladder section by hand, as it is easy to fold it out with the pole provided for opening the door. The door has a foil back insulation on the upper surface. The ladder features double D-Handrails on both sides and two grab handles at the top extend about 400 millimetres into the attic, for something to hold while stepping onto the ladder from above.

This product, like the Vertical, Auto Electric and Mezzanine, is part of our "Custom" range, meaning that this is a bespoke product which is custom made to order for each customer. Because of this, there is a 5 - 6 week waiting period and we require a 50% deposit on ordering.
